How do I enable HTTP Requests & API Services?

Some of our products need HTTP Requests and API Services enabled to work properly. Heres a quick step by step on how to turn that on.

Watch the video above if you want a walkthrough, or if you'd rather just read it, here's how to do it:

  1. Open up Roblox Studio and load into your game
  2. Click the Home tab, then hit Game Settings
  3. Go to the Security tab
  4. Turn on Allow HTTP Requests
  5. Hit Save

And that's it, HTTP requests are now enabled for your game.

A lot of our products (especially the whitelisted ones) rely on this being turned on. Whitelisted products check in with our servers using HTTP requests to confirm your game is actually authorised to use them, so if this setting is off, that check just can't happen and the product won't load properly, or won't load at all. So if you've bought a whitelisted asset from us and it's not working, this is usually the first thing to check.
