How do I transfer a product license to another user?

Our whitelists aren't based on groups, they're tied to the account that owns the license, so transferring a product means handing that license over to a different person, not moving it between groups.

There's no limit on how many times a product can be transferred, however we do keep logs of all transfers, and may reject a request if something about it doesn't add up.

Before a transfer can go through, we'll need the following:

• Your Roblox & Discord username
• The recipient's Roblox & Discord username
• The product(s) you want to transfer
• Your reason for the transfer

Once a product is transferred, you lose the license to it, and won't be able to get it back unless the recipient opens their own ticket to transfer it back to you. We'd recommend taking screenshots of your ownership before the transfer, and of the transfer itself, in case you ever want to reclaim the license down the line, but we won't facilitate the return ourselves without the recipient requesting it on their end.

We do look into the reason given for each transfer and may reject requests that don't check out, so it can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days to go through while we review it.
