I got banned/terminated on Roblox or Discord, can I still use what I bought?

Yes, you can. Your assets are tied to you, so a ban or termination on Roblox or Discord doesn't take that away.

If the product is a whitelisted one, you'll need to contact us to get it transferred over, since access to whitelisted products is tied to your account specifically. Just open a ticket in our Discord and let us know what's happened.

You'll usually be asked for evidence of your order, but thanks to our automatic systems, we can normally see your purchases on our end already, so this is often just a formality rather than something you need to dig up yourself. That said, sometimes our automatic systems aren't able to work out who you are, so if that happens we may still need you to provide some proof of purchase.
