Why can't I access the map I bought?

Where you can access your purchase depends on where you bought it from:

1. Bought with Robux — you should have received a DM from Parcel, you can also view and access your purchase anytime at my.parcelroblox.com
2. Bought on shopjava.uk — head to your account page using the email you purchased with, this links up with Parcel automatically, so it'll show there too
3. Bought on ClearlyDev — check your library or orders page

If you don't have access to Roblox Studio to upload it yourself, we've got a guide on getting us to upload it for you here.

A friend can help you get the campus uploaded if you're stuck, but licenses only cover your own group, or a group you work for, so they'll need to be part of that group to help. Worth knowing too, if you (or whoever's using it) ever leave that group, you're no longer able to use the campus, the license doesn't carry over with you.
