I'm under 16 and can't access the Roblox Hub, what do I do?

Due to Roblox's recent age-based updates, our Hub game is currently set to 16+, so if your account is under that, Roblox won't let you join it.

You've got two options:

1. Get a parent/guardian to approve the game for your account, this'll let you join and buy as normal
2. Open a ticket in our Discord to request paying via T-shirt instead

If you go the T-shirt route, just know it takes a fair bit longer than buying through the Hub directly, since it's a manual process on our end rather than an automatic one.

If you'd rather buy through shopjava.uk instead, that isn't affected by this, since it doesn't require joining the Hub game at all.
